The International Land Port of Urumqi is a transportation hub at the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt.

Up to May 2021, a total of 4,000 China-Europe freight trains have traveled from there since the land port launched its service. At present, there are 21 lines reaching 19 countries, 26 cities.
